The Threshermen's Reunion is a the annual event of a loose association of men who have, who have restored, who love machinery with a steam engines.  There are locomotives, planers, veneer makers, rock crushers, corn and grain grinders, combines, tractors, and sawmills.  This event is held, locally speaking, in Pontiac, Illinois and I found it endlessly fascinating on so many levels, the people, the animals, the machinery, the colors, and the smell.  Following is a selection from time I spent there.
